摘要
随着经济的发展和人民收入水平的提高,"在外就餐"已成为一种非常常见的就餐形式,在人们的日常生活中占据重要地位。但是,在外就餐的膳食存在着高热量、高脂肪和某些营养素(钙、铁、维生素A等)密度较低等问题,很可能会增加超重肥胖、糖尿病、高血压等营养相关性慢性病的发病风险。
With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, eating out of home has become very common and occupied an important position in people's daily life. However, food consumed out of home had a lower nutrient density ( calcium, iron , vi- tamin A, and so on) but a higher content of fat and energy, which was likely to increase the risk of overweight and obesity, diabetes, hy- pertension and other diet-related chronic diseases.
