摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流技术在烧伤整形术中的应用效果。方法对本院2010年3月～2012年3月80例行烧伤整形术的患者为研究对象，患者均采用负压封闭引流术治疗，观察患者的创面愈合时间、抗生素应用情况、并发症发生情况及创面恢复情况。结果·所有患者手术均顺利进行，患者创面愈合时间平均为（14．32±3．98）d；25例患者应用抗生素，抗生素应用率为31．25％；6例患者出现感染，感染等并发症发生率为7．5％；患者平均住院时间为（30．25±3．28）d。所有患者创面肉芽组织均良好生长，修复后皮肤表面光滑。结论负压封闭引流技术应用在烧伤整形术中能够有效修复创面，促进创面愈合，缩短患者康复及住院时间，减少患者的经济负担，并发症发生率低，值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of applying vacuum sealing drainage to bum and plastic surgery.Methods 80 cases of patients with burn and plastic surgery in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were selected as the research objects.The patients were treated with vacuum sealing drainage.The wound healing time,antibiotic use,compli- cations and wound recovery of the patients was observed.Results The operation of all patients was successful.The aver- age wound healing time of patients was （14.32±3.98） d.25 patients were treated with antibiotics,and the utilization rate of antibiotics was 31.25%.6 patients had infection, infection rate was 7.5%.The average length of stay was （30.25±3.28） d.The wound granulation tissue of all patients grew well,and the skin was smooth after rehabilitation.Conclusion Ap- plying vacuum sealing drainage to burn and plastic surgery can effectively repair wound,promote wound healing and re- duce the rehabilitation and length of stay of patients,but also can reduce economic burden of patients,and has the ad- vantage of low incidence rate of complications,which is worthy of promotion and application.
