摘要
随着养殖业的发展,对饲料行业的要求也越来越高,饲料资源呈现出紧缺的趋势。饲用酶制剂作为高效,安全,环保添加剂在饲料行业中的应用也越来越重要。本文综述了饲用酶制剂的分类、作用机理、现阶段存在的问题,并展望了饲用酶制剂在水产饲料中的应用前景,为以后饲用酶制剂的研究做参考。
Feed resources appear in the trend of shortage and the feed industries are required with much higher standards due of the rapid development of breed aquatics industry. Thus, feed enzyme plays a more and more important role in feed industry because of the excellent properties of feed enzyme such as high efficiency,security and environment-friendly etc.This paper summarizes the classification, mechanism, present problems of feeding enzyme preparation, and reviews the prospect of the feeding enzyme preparation in the application of aquatic feed, for later study of enzyme preparation as reference.
