摘要
目的观察中医药治疗胃食管反流病与肠易激综合征重叠症的临床疗效。方法将78例胃食管反流病与肠易激综合征重叠的患者随机分为治疗组39例,口服自拟解郁运脾方治疗;对照组39例,口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊。两组均以8周为1个疗程,计算治疗前后症状总分数及总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为89.74%,对照组为69.23%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟解郁运脾方对胃食管反流病与肠易激综合征重叠症有较好疗效。
Objective： To observe the effect of the TCM herb on the overlap syndroem in gastroesophageal reflux diease and irritable bowel syndrome. Methods： 78 cases were divided randomly into the treatment with the Jieyuyunpi Decoction and the control group with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules. After 8 weeks, the symptoms score and the total effective rate before and after treatment were compared between 2 groups. Results： The total effectvie rate in 89.74% of the treatment group were superior to that in 69.23% of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： It is effective of the Jieyuyunpi Decoction in the gastroesophageal reflux diease and irritable bowel syndrome.
