摘要
目的：分析维吾尔族实习护生对院感相关知识知晓情况,为院感知识培训及职业安全防护知识培训提供依据.方法：2012年3～7月采用自制的调查问卷,对90名维吾尔族实习护士进行院感相关知识问卷调查.结果：90份调查问卷均有效回收,回收问卷有效率为100％.调查显示实习护士对院感知识认知及标准预防相关措施认知仍有欠缺.结论：提高医院感染的认知及标准预防相关措施认知,须在岗前教育及临床实习过程中加强医院感染相关知识教育,使实习护士对医院感染危害性及职业防护重要性有一定认识,需加强临床护理实习过程中医院感染预防与控制知识与技能的培训.
Objective ：To analyze the practice nurses on hospital infection related knowledge, provide the basis for knowledge and sense of occupation safety knowledge training for the hospital. Methods ： Used the self - made questionnaire, 90 Uygur nurses in hospital sense knowledge questionnaire. Results ： 90 questionnaires effective recovery rate was 100%. Investigation showed that the practice nurse about hospital infection knowledge and standard prevention measures are lack of cognition. Conclusion ： To improve the cognition and prevention of hospital infection related measures of cognitive, must practice in the pre job education and clinical strengthen the education of hospital infection process, make students have a certain understanding of the hazard and occupa- tion protection importance to strengthen hospital infection ,clinical nursing practice process of hospital infection prevention and control knowledge and skills training.
