摘要
目的:探讨孕期酒精暴露对子鼠(PO~P30)海马齿状回神经元细胞增殖的影响及其长时程效应。方法:从妊娠第5天(E5)开始用酒精灌胃直至仔鼠出生,建立胎儿酒精综合征动物模型。利用5-溴-2-脱氧尿苷(BrdU)并结合免疫荧光染色观察仔鼠海马齿状回神经细胞增殖的情况。结果:酒精组仔鼠海马齿状回神经元细胞增殖的数量均明显低于对照组。结论:孕期酒精暴露能够明显抑制仔鼠海马齿状回神经元细胞的增殖。
Objective:To study effects of prenatal alcohol exposure on the hippocampal dentate gyrus neurons cell proliferation in mice (P0-P30). Methods: From day fifth of pregnancy (E5) beginning with alcohol gavage until the birth of the offspring, fatal alcohol syndrome (FAS) animal 'model was established. Using 5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine (bromodeoxyuridine, BrdU) combined with immunofluorescence to observe the mouse dentate gyrus dentate gyrus neurogenesis staining. Results: The number of mouse dentate gyrus neurons cell proliferation in the alcohol group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion. The prenatal ethanol exposure can significantly inhibit the mouse dentate gyrus of the hippocampus neuron cell proliferation.
