摘要
以T形导管内高压成形过程中支管高度和壁厚减薄量为目标参数,采用正交试验方法,以内压、平衡冲头后退量、左右冲头进给量为影响因子设计了正交方案。基于数值模拟的方法研究各工艺参数对成形管件的影响,获得了最优的加载路径。结果表明,通过正交试验和数值模拟可以快速获得综合质量较好的T形导管类零件成形工艺参数。
Taking the height of branch pipe and wall thickness thinning of T-shaped tube internal high pressure forming process as target parameters, adopting the method of orthogonal experiment, and taking the inner pressure, left/fight punch feed and setback distance of balance punch as variable factors, a scheme for the orthogonal experiment was designed. Based on numerical simulation method to study the effect of various process parameters on forming tube, the optimal loading paths were obtained. The results show that high quality T-shaped tube parts forming process parameters can be quickly obtained through the orthogonal experiment and the numerical simulation method.
