摘要
缸体为风电设备的关键部件,要求采用QT400-18L球铁制造,考虑到该部件工作环境的需求,同时要求QT400-18L需要-40℃的冲击韧度。分析了这种球铁的生产技术难度和影响因素,采用高纯生铁和先进的铸造工艺,成功研制出铸态低温高韧性球墨铸铁缸体,广泛用于许多风电企业,并获得用户的一致好评。
Cylinder is key component of wind electricity generating sets,and is manufactured with QT400-18L nodular cast iron. According to the demands of the working environment of cylinder, QT400-18L nodular cast iron is required high toughness at lower temperature (-40℃). After analysis of the difficulty and effect of foundry, used high-purity pig iron and adopted advanced foundry technology, QT400-18L cylinder with high toughness at lower temperature is successfully manufactured. The cylinder is widely used for wind electricity generating sets, obtained favorable comment from users.
