摘要
产学研是中国实现科教兴国战略的重要途径。产学研能加快技术创新的产业化进程,促进产业技术升级,提高产业竞争力。梳理美、日、德三国的产学研不同模式、政策法规与特点,总结三个国家产学研模式的共性。
The industry-university cooperation model is an im- portant way to achieve education strategy in China. Industry-u- niversity cooperation model can speed up the industrialization process of technological innovation, promote the upgrading of in- dustrial technology and improve industrial competitiveness. Re- viewing the different models, policies and regulations and char- acteristics in USA, Japan and Germany, the author founds the similarities of industry-university cooperation models in this three countries.
