摘要 以α 萘酚为原料 ,通过与环氧氯丙烷反应得到 3 (1 萘氧基 ) 1,2 环氧丙烷 ,再与 1 (2 甲氧苯基 )哌嗪反应得以萘哌地尔 ,总收率为 49 3%。 Starting from α naphthol,via the reaction with epichlorohydrin,2,3 epoxy 1 (1 naphthyloxy) propane was obtained.This intermediate reacted with 1 (2 methoxyphenyl)piperazine to afford Naftopdil,the overall yield was 49 3%.
