摘要
目的：建立反相高效液相色谱（RP．HPLC）法测定痛宁胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量。方法：采用Wondasil^TM C18色谱柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-0．1mol／L乙酸铵溶液（39：61），流速为1．0ml／min，柱温为30℃，检测波长为280nm。结果：延胡索乙素进样量在0．042～0．374μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为99．73％，RSD为0．39％（n=9）。结论：本方法快速、准确、灵敏、重复性好，可作为该制剂指标成分含量测定方法。
OBJECTIVE：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Tongning capsule. METHODS： The sample separation was performed on WondasilTM Cls column （150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1 mol/L ammonium acetate solution （39：61 ） at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, column temperature of 30 ℃ and detection wavelength of 280 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of tetrahydropulmatine was 0. 042-0. 374 μg （r = 0. 999 9） with an average recovery rate of 99.73% and RSD of 0.39% （ n = 9）. CONCLUSION ： The established method is rapid, accurate, sensitive and reproducible and it can be used for determination of content of Tetrahydropalmatine in Tongning capsule.
