摘要
计划生育和卫生部门分别管理计划生育服务机构、妇幼保健机构，这种管理模式存在弊端。文章阐述了 改变这种管理模式的必要性，对近几年一些地区实行的不同管理模式进行了实事求是的分析。提出卫生部门应当积极争 取政府和相关部门的支持，积极引导卫生资源的合理利用，逐步实现对妇幼卫生工作（包括计划生育技术服务工作）的全 行业管理。
Birth control and public health office managed birth control service nechanism. MCH mechanism,this management model has malady,This paper elaborated the necessarility to change this thanagement model,analysed practically' and realistically some areas different management model. It was proved that public health office should serive for the support of government and related department positively. Lead to use health resource reasonaly positively, realize whole management of MCH work (inclouding birth control technological service work ).
