摘要
为探讨新时期医院信息管理部门的信息服务方式,提出了面向管理者、医务人员、病人的信息服务和以计算机网络技术为支持点的“三个面向”、“一个支点”的信息服务模式,并对其特点、方法及依赖因素进行了论述。
Hospital information services(HIS),through using developments of computer - assisted networks:greet ever wider and deeper multidisciplinary perspectives, relating to technological, scientific, economic spaces; provide information on funding and expenditure levels, needs for choices, decision priorities, effectiveness and best practice; research on question of how to develop measures that will, in the long term, promote the most productive environment; work out care quality indicators although these are not routinely generated by the HIS;improve relevant organizational structure and system by which the HIS participate in translating biomedical science advances into health services; advise with clients about how to have what health services has to offer them and make services more readily available than is currently the condition.
