摘要 以2-甲-4-氯酸为原料,一釜法经酰氯法、酯化,得到2-甲-4-氯异辛酯,总收率>95%,酯化中采用真空脱酸技术,该法操作简便,收率高,成本低,三废少。 Iso-octyl-2-methyl-4-chlorphenoxyacetate was prepared from 2-methyl-4-chlorphenoxyacetic acid by acidchloration and esterification in a reactor. The yield was higher than 95%. The technique of removing acid gas in vacumn was used during esterification. The process was simple. The yield was high. The cost was a little and the waste was less.
