摘要
结合苏州地铁盾构施工的工程实例,对钢筋混凝土管片流水线生产工艺的实际应用进行研究,提出了流水生产线的施工流程,分析了各主要流程的特点,结合实际应用对相关工艺进行了优化,确定了管片制作各个环节相应的要求与标准,并对管片流水线生产工艺的应用进行了效益分析,为该工艺的推广应用提供了依据,具有较高的社会效益和实用价值。
Combined with the project of the shield tunnel in Suzhou Subway, this paper researched on the construction technology of pipeline for concrete segments, proposed the construction process of pipeline. This paper analyzed the characteristics of the main process, optimized some crafts combined with the practical application and the requirements, and determined the standards of each link. Furthermore, the benefit of pipeline was analyzed which can provide reference information for application of this pipeline. It has high social benefit and practical value.
