摘要
为了解梳棉机减少活动盖板根数 ,增加固定盖板根数对棉结杂质的影响 ,进行了活动盖板与固定盖板根数搭配试验。在工作盖板总根数为 42根的条件下 ,将活动盖板减少为 17根 ,有利于棉结杂质的去除。其中生条杂质比常规方案减少 37% ,成纱棉结减少 35 %。本研究结果与Marzoli公司CX40
In order to find out the influence of decreasing the numbers of movable flat and increasing the numbers of stationary flat of card on nep and impurity,a test on arranging the numbers of movable and stationary flat was done.The test result showed that,under the condition of the numbers of all flat is 42,the nep and impurity would simply removed with decreasing the numbers of movable flat to 17(the impurities of card sliver would reduced 37% than common plan,and the neps of yarn would reduced 35%),this test showed the same result with the test on Italy Marzoli CX 400 card.
