拟手机辐射对大鼠卵巢功能和卵巢ATM蛋白表达的影响 被引量:2

Impacts of imitated cellular phone radiation on ovarian function and expression of ATM protein in rat's ovary

摘要 目的:观察900MHz拟手机辐射对雌性大鼠卵巢功能和卵巢ATM蛋白表达的影响。方法:20只SD雌性大鼠随机分为正常组和辐射组,正常组不接受辐射,辐射组每天暴露于900 MHz拟手机辐射源4 h连续30天,阴道涂片选动情期处死大鼠。采用放免法检测大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)含量,HE染色观察卵巢组织形态学变化,免疫组化检测大鼠卵巢ATM蛋白表达。结果:与正常组相比,辐射组大鼠血清E2水平显著降低(P<0.05),血清T含量无明显变化(P>0.05),卵巢卵泡和黄体直径均小于正常组,颗粒细胞层数和数量减少;卵巢颗粒细胞ATM蛋白表达明显增强(P<0.05)。结论:900MHz拟手机辐射可能通过增强卵巢颗粒细胞ATM蛋白表达,影响雌性大鼠卵巢功能。 Objective: To study the impacts of imitated radiation exposed by 900 MHz imitated cellular phone on the ovarian func- tion and the expression of ovary ATM protein in adult female SD rats. Methods: 20 adult female SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and radiated group. The rats in normal group were not radiated, the rats in radiated group were exposed by 900 MHz imitated cellular phone for 4 hours a day . The rats were executed at the estrum by vaginal smears after 30 days. The serum estradiol ( E2 ) and testosterone (T) levels were detected by radioimmunoassay method in female rats, and the ovary histology and morphology structure were observed by HE staining. The expression of ATM protein in ovary were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results: Compared with normal rats, the levels of serum E2 were obvious decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and T were no obvious changes ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , the diameters of corpus luteum and folli- cles were significantly shortened and the layer and amount of granular cells were decreased. There was higher expression of the ATM protein of ovary in the radiated rats ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : The exposure of 900 MHz cellular phone 4 hours for 30 days has extremely harmful impacts on the ovarian function, which may be resulted from the increasing expression of ATM protein.
