血液透析与腹膜透析治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的：分析血液透析与腹膜透析治疗糖尿病肾病的临床治疗效果。方法选取本院于2009年2月-2013年3月收治的73例糖尿病肾病患者，将其随机划分为两组，其中对照组40例患者接受血液透析治疗，治疗组33例患者接受腹膜透析治疗，对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果实施透析前，两组患者体重、尿量、收缩压以及舒张压以及各项生化指标等对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。实施治疗后，血液透析组各项指标以及各项生化指标低于腹膜透析组，对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对患者不同病症，采取有针对性治疗的透析方法，可有效治疗患者临床病症，提高患者生命质量，值得在临床医学中推广使用。
