二种农药引起甘蓝小菜蛾田间种群再猖獗的研究初报

Studies on the Resurgence of Plutella xylostella (L.) Field Population on Brassica oleracea Induced by Emamectin Benzoate and Indoxacarb

摘要 研究了甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和茚虫威对小菜蛾田间种群再猖獗率及生殖率的影响。结果表明:在低于推荐浓度条件下,甲维盐和茚虫威1次喷雾处理4个甘蓝品种和3次喷雾处理双环王甘蓝品种后对小菜蛾再猖獗的影响不明显,而甲维盐5、10 mg/kg和茚虫威40 mg/kg 3次喷雾处理京丰一号、夏致和紫钻甘蓝品种后引起小菜蛾再狷獗,且高剂量处理对小菜蛾生殖的促进作用明显强于低剂量。田间小菜蛾的猖獗与这2种农药的不合理使用刺激小菜蛾增殖仃关。 The effects of emamectin benzoate and indoxacarb on the resurgence rate and the fecundity of Plutella xylostella field population were experimented in this paper. The results showed as follows: under their recommended concentrations, it was not evident that the resurgence of P. xylostella could be observed as spraying emamectin benzoate and indoxacarb on four varieties of cabbages for once, and on variety Shuanghuanwang for three times. But the resurgence appeared when spraying emamectin benzoate at 5 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg and indoxacarb at 40 mg/kg on variety Jingfengyihao, Xiazhi, Zizuan for three times, and the contributions of high-dose treatments to stimulate their reproductions were obviously stronger than that of low-dose treatments. Thus the results suggested that the resurgence of P xylostella induced by emamectin benzoate and indoxacarb had correlation with their contributions to stimulate pest reproductions for spraying the two pesticides unreasonably.
