摘要
钢框架柱外传力式梁柱节点是一种新型节点形式。为研究这种新型节点形式受力性能,共进行了4个模型静力加载试验,共两组,一组未增设传力板并且尺寸相似;另一组设有传力板,作为比较。分析增设传力板与未增设传力板的破坏特征以及承载力变化情况。试验结果表明:传统节点破坏发生在柱翼缘和梁柱连接处,而新型节点最后破坏不再是柱翼缘和梁柱连接的焊缝处,而是转移到传力板和梁翼缘连接处,新型节点的极限承载力比传统节点提高142.6%,梁端极限位移下降36%。研究结果表明:传力板对节点进行加固起到了很好的效果,可保护节点,实现柱外传力,提高承载力。本文研究为今后节点的加固工程应用提供参考依据。
Transfer forces outside box-column the steel frame joints is one of the new joints. Four specimens under static load were tested to investigate their mechanical behaviors. Two of them were designed with plates to transfer forces and these are the same size. The other two joints were designed without plates to transfer forces. Destroy characters and carrying capacities were analyzed. The test results show the break of traditional joints were on the connection of beam-column and column flange. But the break of new joints is no longer happen in connection of beam-column and column flange. The break of new joints is on the plates to transfer force and the connection of the plates to transfer force and beam-flange. Ultimate bearing capacity of the new joints is improved 142.6% than traditional joints. The displacement of beam end has reduced 36% than traditional joints. It shows that the plates to transfer forces have well done in reinforcing joints, protecting very good for joints, realizing transfer to force around column, improving the bearing capacity. This kind of joints can be used to some retrofit projects.
