摘要
介绍了流化床炉渣综合利用应用研究结果以及在CO2减排上的重要意义。研究结果表明,一台35 t/h石煤流化床锅炉排出的灰渣全部用作水泥混合材,在消除灰渣污染的同时,由于流化床灰渣活性好,比一般石灰窑灰渣多掺而使水泥熟料用量减少带来的CO2减排量与一台10 t/h锅炉的CO2排放量相当。
One of the biggest source of the global CO2 emission is cement production. The research about the comprehensive utilization of FBC ashes and its effect on the reduction of CO2 emission are described. The reduction of CO2 emission originated from the saved cement clinker, is equal to the total CO2 emission of a 10 t/h boiler when all ashes from a 35 t/h FBC boiler are used as cement mixture instead of common ashes from lime kilns. The pollution of ashes will be avoided.
