摘要
供应链风险评价是对所识别的风险因素采取适当的措施,包括衡量潜在的损失频率和损失程度。文中从采购、库存、配送、销售和售后5个风险视角构建了零售供应链风险评估指标体系,运用模糊综合评价模型对企业供应链风险进行定量评价,在评价过程中采用德尔菲法来确定各指标的权重,并根据评价结果提出改进建议。
For the identification of risk factors to take appropriate measures,the supply chain risk assessment is the necessary step. It includes measuring the potential loss frequency and loss degree. This article is from the procurement,inventory,distribution,sales and customer service 5 risk perspectives to construct the index system of retail supply chain risk evaluation. Use of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the enterprise supply chain risk on quantitative. The evaluation process uses the Delphi method to determine the weight of each index,and put forward some improvement suggestions according to the evaluation results.
