摘要
文中对船舶AIS信息及其解码进行了简单的介绍,分析了以此为基础的已有航道通航环境评估方法航速(航向)变化率法的不足和缺陷,提出了航速(航向)权重法对其进行了优化。航速(航向)权重法将航速(航向)变化率法中提出的影响通航环境的航向变化率和航速变化率进行了简化并综合考虑,并且对实验结果提出了量化指标,经过对两种方法实验仿真,航速(航向)权重法具有更加精确的评估效果。
This paper makes a brief introduction to AIS information and decoding, analysis the defects of the existing method Speed(Heading) Rate Method (SHRM) which based on AIS information, and for its optimization, a new method called Speed(Heading) Weight Method (SHWM) is proposed. In SHWM, change rate of speed and heading, which influence maritime traffic environment in SHRM, are simplified and combined, and a quantitative indicator is proposed to indicate the result. By the comparison of the experimental simulation of the two methods, SHWM is proved to have a more accurate result.
