摘要
将拆除轴圈后的推力球轴承取代传统球-盘接触光干涉弹流油膜测量系统中的钢球,搭建基于光干涉技术的推力球轴承测量系统,直接观测钢球运动与弹流油膜。通过图像处理系统定量测量推力球轴承中运动钢球的公转线速度,通过光干涉技术获得运动钢球的油膜厚度。结果表明,在低速轻载状态下,钢球的运动并非纯滚动,而是存在一定的打滑。随着线速度增加,钢球的润滑状态由薄膜润滑转向弹流润滑,打滑率也随之增加;随载荷增加,打滑率变化则不明显。
By replacing the steel ball in a traditional ball-on-disk contact optical interferometric EHL measuring sys-tem with the thrust ball bearing without upper ring,the measurement system of thrust ball bearing is established based on optical interferometric technology,and the movement of steel ball and EHL oil film are directly observed.The linear velocity of revolution of moving steel ball in thrust ball bearing is measured quantitatively by image processing system, and the oil film thickness of moving steel ball is obtained by optical interferometric technology.The results show that the movement of steel ball is not only pure roll,the slip rate is existed.The lubrication state changes from thin film lu-brication to EHL and slip rate increases with the increase of linear velocity,the variation of slip rate is not obvious with the increase of load.
