摘要
分析了差动变面积式电容传感器的非线性因素,研究了用最小二乘法进行电容传感器非线性拟合的方法,并给出了用最小二乘法求得的差动变面积式电容传感器的拟合特性曲线函数关系,最后给出了拟合曲线与实验测得数据的误差。
This paper analyzes nonlinear factors of the differential variable area-change capacitive sensor, and stud- ies the methods of capacitive sensor nonlinear fitting with least square method. And then the paper gives the function of the differential variable area-change capacitive sensor of characteristic curve fitting with least square method. Finally, the experimental error is given between fitting data and measured data.
