摘要结合水利工程项目管理信息化的特点,探讨了水利工程项目管理信息化资源集成的内涵。在分析传统桌面服务方式不足的基础上,建立了桌面虚拟化服务方式,据此构建了水利工程项目管理信息化资源集成模型。最后结合某省水利工程项目管理信息化案例,分析并验证了该模型的有效性。 According to the characteristics of the informationization of hydraulic engineering project management,this paper discusses the connotation of the informationization resource integration in hydraulic engineering project management. Through analyzing the disadvantages of traditional desktop service mode,it establishes the virtual desktop infrastructure（VDI） service mode, and builds the VDI-based model of informationization resource integration in hydraulic engineering project management. Finally,it verifies the effectiveness of the above model through analyzing the case of the informationization of hydraulic engineering project management in one province.
