摘要
[目的]分析引进的9个葡萄品种果实品质,为筛选适宜重庆栽培且综合表现好的葡萄品种提供参考依据.[方法]用电子天平称取穗重和单粒重,用游标卡尺测定果粒纵、横径等果实的外观品质,用化学方法测定可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、维生素C（Vc）和总糖含量等内在品质,并进行多重比较.[结果]外观品质上表现较好的有大宝、户太8号、红瑞宝和红伊豆,这些品种不仅单粒重超过10.00 g,且单穗重达505.48～573.75 g,均比其他品种重;夏黑果粒最小,单粒重6.49 g,单穗重最轻,仅382.51 g.在内在品质上,除夏黑可溶性固形物含量（17.57％）最高外,大宝、户太8号、红瑞宝和红伊豆可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和总糖含量均比其他品种高,维多利亚可溶性固形物含量（13.27％）、可滴定酸含量（0.24 g/100 mL）和总糖含量（14.45 g/100 mL）均最低,大宝Vc含量最高,达1.05 mg/100 mL.[结论]9个葡萄品种果实品质表现差异较大,大宝、户太8号、红瑞宝和红伊豆在重庆整体表现良好,适宜推广.
[Objective]In order to choose the grape variety with the best comprehensive performance and most appropri- ate for Chongqing, the fruit quality of nine introduced grape varieties was analyzed. [Method]Single grain weight and panicle weight were weighed by electronic balance. The fruit appearance quality （vertical diameter and transverse diameter, etc.） was determined by vernier caliper. The fruit internal quality （soluble solid, titratable acid, vitamin C （Vc） and total sugar content） was detected through chemical method, and multiple comparison analysis was conducted. [Result]Regarding fruit appear- ance quality, grape varieties Dabao,Hutai No.8,Benizuiho and Beniizu for the test were better than others. Not only their single grain weight was over 10 g, but also panicle weight was higher than others, which was between 505.48 and 573.75 g. Single grain weight of Summer Black was the smallest, just only 6.49 g,and panicle weight was the lowest, just only 382.51 g. Concerning fruit internal quality, soluble solid, titratable acid and total sugar content of Dabao, Hutai No.8,Benizuiho and Beniizu were higher than those of others except soluble solid content of Summer Black was the highest （17.57%）. Soluble solid, titratable acid and total sugar content of Victoria were the lowest, which was 13.27%,0.24 g/100 mL and 14.45 g/100 mL, respectively. Vc content of Dabao was the highest, up to 1.05 mg/lO0 mL. [Conclusion]There were great differences among the nine grape varieties. Dabao, Hutai No.8, Benizuiho and Beniizu were better than others in Chongqing and were suitable for promotion.
