摘要
利用双螺杆挤出机和磨粉机将线型低密度聚乙烯加工成滚塑用粉体,然后采用模拟滚塑加工的方式,研究了粉体粒径、加工温度和时间等3个因素对滚塑制品表面气孔数量的影响,并进行了正交实验分析。结果表明,粉体粒径越小,越容易通过提高加工温度来消除表面气孔,但粒径较小的粉体不利于滚塑成型;粉体粒径越小,加工时间对表面气孔数量的影响越大,延长加工时间可在一定程度上减少表面气孔数量,但效果不明显;加工温度对表面气孔数量的影响最为显著,提高加工温度可完全消除表面气孔,是首选的消除滚塑制品表面气孔的方法。
The linear low density polyethylene powder used for rotomolding was prepared by using twin-screw extruder and pulverizer,then the way of simulating rotomolding was adopted and the effects of powder particle size,processing temperature and time on the surface pore amount of rotomolding plastic parts were studied,and an orthogonal test analysis was done. The results show that the smaller the particle size is,the more easily the surface pore is eliminated through improving the processing temperature,but the powder with the small size is not conducive for rotomolding. The smaller the particle size is,the greater the effects of the processing on the surface pore amount is,to some extent,extending the processing time can reduce the surface pore amount as well,but not remarkable. The effects of the processing temperature is most remarkable and improving it can eliminate the surface pore totally,which is a first choice method for eliminating the surface pore of rotomolding plastic parts.
