摘要
液压支架是综采工作面的主要设备,其推移位置的准确性决定着采煤工作是否能够正常进行。通常液压支架的推移由推移油缸来完成。为了准确测量其推移位置,设计并开发了一种用于液压支架推移油缸的磁控位移传感器。基于磁环控制测量杆内干簧管通断的原理,就可以将位移转变成电压信号。改变磁环的位置,相对应的干簧管导通,输出电压随之改变。传感器量程为1 000 mm,相对误差为0.800 00%,线性度约为0.095 8%,输出电压波动范围为±0.001 V。实验室和现场试验结果表明:磁控位移传感器运行稳定,测量精度高,满足了综采工作面液压支架位移的测量要求。
As one kind of main equipment in the fully mechanized working face, the hydraulic support plays an important role in coal mining process. Whether the mining work can be conducted normally is largely depended on the accuracy of the hydraulic support's moving position. Generally,the moving operation of the hydraulic support is taken by the pushing-moving oil cylinder. A displacement sensor has been designed and developed, which can be used to measure the moving position of the hydraulic support pushed by pushing-moving oil cylinder installed on hy- draulic support accurately. Based on the on-off principle of reed switch under the condition of moving the magnetic ring set on metal tube, the signal of displacement of magnetic ring can be changed to voltage signal correspondingly. When the magnetic ring is moved along the metal tube, the reed switch at the corresponding position turns on and the output voltage of the displacement sensor changes. It has been tested that the measuring range is from 0 to 1 000 mm,the relative accuracy of the displacement sensor is 0. 800 00% , the linearity is about 0. 095 8% , and the fluctuation range of the output voltage is _+ 0. 001 V. It has been shown by the experiment in laboratory and measurement in field that the displacement sensor can be used to measure the moving position of the hydraulic support accurately and stably, which meets the requirements of displacement measurement for the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized working face.
