摘要
针对滤芯使用过程中堵塞严重而清洗困难的现状,研制了集逆流、超声波、化学反应、洗涤"四位一体"的复合式自动清洗设备,采用了先进的PLC程序控制器控制整个清洗过程,减轻了劳动强度,提高了清洗效率.
Aiming at the fact that the filter element is blocked seriously and hard to be washed during the process of using, the ＂four-in-one＂ auto-clean equipment is developed, which combined reflux, ultrasonic, chemistry and lavation. The advanced PLC process controller is adopted to monitor the entire rinsing process, so as to lighten labor intensity and to improve cleaning efficiency.
