摘要
北京市某公共建筑的框架结构屋面梁截面为800mm×1 600mm,跨度为19 760mm,采用后张法有黏结预应力技术。介绍了施工工艺流程、张拉材料、预应力波纹管施工、波纹管穿预应力梁张拉端节点调整、预应力张拉端梁柱核心区混凝土浇筑等关键技术。经过在实际施工中对张拉端节点提出建议及调整,最终经深化设计单位及原设计单位核定,既满足了施工方便又达到了设计要求。
Based on a frame structure of some public building in Beijing, the roof beam section is 800mm x 1 600mm, the span is 19 760mm. The bonded post-tensioned prestressed technology is adopted for the beam. This paper introduces construction process, tension materials, prestressed bellows construction, adjustment of prestressed end nodes of bellows crossing beam, as well as the concrete pouring of the beam-column core area of the prestressed end. By taking suggestions and adjustments on the tensioned end nodes, the structure can meet the requirements of convenience of construction and design after the approving of final detailed design units and original design units.
