摘要
MEP(即暖通、电气和给排水专业)是建筑设计的重要组成部分。在目前的建筑设备设计过程中,这3个专业的设计是相互独立的,各专业设计的管线难免会发生交叉碰撞问题,往往问题的解决只能依靠人工协调管线综合问题。基于BIM的多专业协同设计可以针对这一系列问题进行有效解决。基于BIM的MEP设计与传统的MEP设计进行对比,阐述了BIM技术应用于MEP设计中的优势,着重分析了空调回风系统运用Revit MEP软件的建模过程。最后阐述了在建筑工程项目中运用BIM技术的意义及发展前景。
MEP disci architectural design pline (including mechanical, electrical and plumbing) is an important part of the In the current process of architectural design, the work of the three disciplines is independent with each other, and the pipeline inevitably intersect, but the solution to the problem often can only rely on artificial coordination with the pipeline synthesis. The design of BIM-based multi- disciplinary coordination aims at solve the problems effectively. Through a comparison of the design for the BIM based MEP and the traditional MEP, this paper expounds the advantage of BIM technology applying to the design of MEP, and focuses on the analysis of the process that the return system of HVAC using Revit MEP to make a model. Eventually,this paper discusses the significance and prospects which the BIM will bring into the construction engineering.
