摘要
以耐热水芹新品系N-1为试材,春季移栽时设置3、5、7、10cm等不同移栽密度处理,比较不同密度对晚春延迟采收水芹产量和品质的影响。结果表明:耐热水芹新品系N-1的最佳移栽密度是间距3cm×3cm,产量达106 471.5kg·hm-2,且黄酮、总酚含量和DPPH抗氧化性、对油脂的吸附能力等最高,粗纤维含量则较低。
ABSTRACT: A new heat-resistant water dropwort (Oenanthe stolonifera D. C. ) strain N-1 was transplanted in spring with dencities of 3,5,7,10 cm , respectively, to study the effect of transplanting density on yield and quality of spring water Dropwort with delayed harvest. The results showed that: the best transplanting density of heat-resistant water dropwort new strain N-1 was 3 crux 3 cm, the highest yield was 106 471.5 kg · hm -2 and, flavonoids, total phenolic content and antioxidant properties of DPPH, the oil adsorption capacity were the highest, while crude fiber content was lOW.
