摘要
采用多目标的双层规划模型描述了在固定 O-D需求量的饱和路网上 ,考虑排队和拥挤时 ,预测平衡流分配和优化信号参数的组合问题 .在双层规划模型中 ,下层模型是带有显式的通行能力约束的平衡分配模型 ;上层模型由饱和路段的排队延误最小 ,同时网络系统中的其他延误最小来决定信号绿信比 .设计了基于灵敏度分析的启发式算法 。
A multi objective bilevel programming model is proposed to present the combined problem that both queuing and congestion are explicitly taken into account in predicting equilibrium flows and setting signal split parameters in the saturated road networks with a fixed O D trip demand. The lower level problem is a network equilibrium model involving in explicit capacity constraints. The upper level problem is to determine signal splits to optimize the queuing delay in the saturated roads and the other delay in the system networks. Heuristic algorithms based on sensitivity analysis are designed and a numerical example is given.
