摘要
研究了影响秸秆成型机生产效率和吨料电耗影响的因素,拟定了秸秆成型机的传动设计方案,即采用立式结构,通过联轴器将电动机与减速机相连,环模固定在主轴上,以物料作为中间介质带动压辊转动;确定了秸秆成型机所需电动机型号以及减速器型号;对秸秆成型机压辊材料和压辊的轴系结构分别进行了选择和设计。该文着重研究了环模材料、速度、模孔有效长度、长径比,模孔形状、环模厚度、模孔排列和开孔率对成型机成型效率的影响,优化了各项结构参数,设计出了一款高效率低能耗的生物质环模成型机。
The factors that affect the biomass briquetting machine efficiency of production and consumption of electricity per ton were studied.For the transmission scheme of biomass forming machine,which adopts a vertical structure,by coupling the motor connected with a reducer,ring die is fixed on the main shaft,the material as medium to drive the roller rotation ; the biomass briquetting machine required type of motor and reducer model were determined.The shafting structure roller and pressure roller briquetting machine materials were chosen and designed; effects of the circular mould material,speed,effective length,ratio of length to diameter of die hole,machine efficiency die shape,die thickness,die hole arrangement and porosity parameters on biomass were studied.The structure parameters were optimized,a high efficiency and low energy consumption of biomass ring forming machine was designed.
