摘要
[目的]研究不同种衣剂对桔梗的出苗率和苗素质的影响。[方法]以桔梗种子为研究对象,采用12种不同种衣剂处理后,在土壤床上进行发芽试验,探讨不同种衣剂对桔梗的出苗率和苗素质的影响。[结果]不同种衣剂对桔梗的出苗率和幼苗素质均有不同的影响。其中,士林神拌种王表现最好,其次是噻虫嗪和丁戊福美双,多福表现最差,破太苏表现也较差。[结论]试验为筛选出适于在桔梗生产中应用的种衣剂和开发桔梗上专用的种衣剂奠定了理论基础。
[Objective] To study effects of different seed coating agents on seed germination rate and quality of Platycodon grandiflorum. [ Method] With P. grandiflorum seeds as stidy object, treated by 12 different seed coating agents, the germination test was conducted on soil bed to discuss effects of different seed coating agents on seed emergency rate and quality. [ Result] The different seed coating agents have vari- ous effects on seed emergency rate and quality of P. grandiflorum. The performance order is Shilinshenbanzhongwang 〉 Saichongqin 〉 Dingwu- fumeishuang 〉 Potaisu 〉 Duofu. [ Conclusion ] The study will lay a theoretical basis for screening out the optimal seed coating agent for P. grandiflorum.
