摘要 通过四球试验考察不同粒径和不同含量二氧化硅作为锂基脂添加剂的摩擦学性能,并研究表面改性对二氧化硅摩擦学性能的影响。利用光学显微镜和EDX分析磨斑表面形貌及元素组成,探讨二氧化硅的润滑作用机制。结果表明:在一定工况条件下,二氧化硅能够提高锂基脂的减摩抗磨性能和极压性能;表面改性能提高二氧化硅的分散性能,但对其摩擦学性能影响不大;EDX能谱分析表明,二氧化硅和摩擦表面发生作用生成了具有良好摩擦学性能的表面润滑层。 The tribological properties of different addition and particle size silicon dioxide powder as additives in lithium base greases were investigated on four-ball friction tester, the influence of surface modification on tribological properties of silicon dioxide powder was analyzed. The morphologies and the elements of the worn surface were analyzed by means of optical microscope and EDX (Energy Dispersive X-ray Detector), and the anti-wear mechanism was discussed. The results show that the anti-wear and friction reducing propemes ano me exuemV-l~ r'-~t~ silicon dioxide powder are improved in certain tribological conditions. The surface modification can improve the dispersion property of silicon dioxide powder in lithium base greases, but it has less influence on the tribological properties. Results of the EDX analysis show that there are characteristic elements on the surface of the ball,which indicates the silicon dioxide powder can react with the frictional surface to form the lubricating film with good tribological properties.
