磁共振DWI在鉴别诊断前列腺癌和前列腺增生中的临床应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨磁共振DWI在鉴别诊断前列腺癌(PCA)和前列腺增生(BPH)中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院25例PCA及20例BPH患者的磁共振DWI及ADC(表现扩散系数)影像学资料,所有病例均行常规序列、DWI序列及动态增强扫描,且均行手术病理证实分别为PCA和BPH。结果在DWI图上,PCA表现为高信号,BPH表现为低信号;在ADC图上,PCA表现为低信号,BPH表现为高信号,PCA的ADC值明显低于BPH。结论 PCA和BPH在DWI图及ADC表现上具有重要信号差异,DWI结合ADC对鉴别诊断PCA和BPH具有重要临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the application of DWI MRI in the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer (PCA) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods A retrospective analysis was done for 25 cases in the hospital and 20 cases of BPH and PCA magnetic resonance imaging data of DWI and ADC. All patients underwent conventional sequence, DWI sequences and dynamic enhanced MRI. And surgery and pathology were in PCA and BPH. Results Chart on DWI, PCA showed high signal, but BPH showed low signal; ADC map, PCA showed low signal, BPH showed high signal, and BPH values were significantly lower than the ADC PCA. Conclusion PCA and BPH in DWI and ADC performance chart signals show an important difference, and DWI combined with ADC on PCA and BPH diagnosis has important clinical value.
