船用柴油机热力学与动力学联合仿真研究 被引量:4

摘要 柴油机作为一种热力学过程与运动学、动力学过程同时存在的动力机械,单领域的仿真无法全面的反映柴油机的整体性能。从二者联合的角度对柴油机进行分析,以6L21/31型中速柴油机为研究对象,通过设计数据接口和联合仿真自动控制程序,实现了基于AVL-BOOST的热力学仿真计算和基于ADAMS的曲柄连杆机构运动学、动力学仿真计算的联合仿真,为柴油机性能的仿真提供了一种新的方法。 The thermodynamics and dynamics process are included in the working process of diesel engines. As a result, the total character of the diesel engines cannot be comprehensively described by one of them. The MAN-6L21/31 middle speed diesel engine was taken as a research object, and the performance was researched from the angle of combination. The dedicated data-interface and automatically run-control procedures between AVL-BOOST and ADAMS programs were designed using MATLAB, then, the co-simulation of thermodynamics based on AVL-BOOST and dynamic analysis for crankshaft-connecting rod system based on ADAMS was completed, supplying a new method for performance simulation of diesel.
