环境温度对刚构桥疲劳寿命影响的仿真研究

摘要 对混凝土斜腿刚构桥受环境温度和外界周期性载荷引起的疲劳损伤进行了研究,将AutoCAD建立桥梁的三维模型导入ALGOR中进行仿真分析。利用红外测温枪测量桥梁表面温度确定温度场边界条件,对箱梁温度场及内部温度应力进行了仿真分析。通过仿真分析获得了桥在不同温度场时的内部应力,得出了桥梁上载荷与温度场共同作用下的桥梁寿命的估算公式。讨论了提高桥梁寿命的措施和方法。 The impact of the environmental temperature and external periodic load on reinforced concrete bridge's fatigue life was investigated. The three-dimensional model of the concrete bridge was established by AutoCAD and the ALGOR software for simulation and analysis was introduced. Bridges surface temperature was measured to determine the temperature field boundary conditions by infrared temperature gun. Simulation and analysis were carried out to investigate temperature field and internal temperature stress on box girder obtaining the internal stress of the bridge. The bridge life estimation formula of the load and temperature field together on the bridge were obtained. The measures and methods were discussed to improve the bridge life.
