摘要
学习迁移能力是知识经济条件下创新型人才应具备的能力之一,培养具备学习迁移能力的人才是高等院校人才培养的目标。在课程体系以外,学科竞赛的开展有利于提高学生自主学习的主观意识,有利于培养学生元认知的迁移能力,根据大学环境的学习特点,调整其认知策略,提高创新能力和适应性。
Learning transfer is one of the abilities that the innovative talents should master in knowledge economic era. Developing the students transfer of learning ability is the goal of cultivation of colleges and universities. Besides the curriculum system, academic contest can improve the students＇ subjective consciousness of learning, and facilitate the migration ability of meta-cognition. According to the char- acteristics of university environment, the students can adjust their cognitive strategies, and improve their innovation ability and adaptability.
