摘要
全球化背景下市场资源突破空间限制在全球范围内优化配置,促使越来越多的地方产业嵌入到全球价值链体系。以全球价值链理论为指导,结合实地调研,对汕头传统制造业嵌入全球价值链的方式、嵌入程度及嵌入地位等特征进行分析;指出汕头传统制造业普遍处于全球价值链低端环节、存在"路径锁定"与"路径依赖"双重制约、产业集群的价值链效应低等主要问题;根据所属价值链驱动类型和治理关系,提出两种升级模式:在同一价值链上的节点内增值和节点间攀升;并从微观层面根据各企业嵌入全球价值链程度的不同,分别提出相应的升级路径。
With the background of globalization, the allocation of these market resources have been optimized in the whole world, which makes more and more local industries embedded into the global value chain system. Based on the theory of global value chains, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Shantou traditional manufactur- ing industries in global value chains, such as embedding patterns, degree, status and etc, and points out the main problems ： in the low end of the global value chain, ＂dual constraints＂ and the low levels of local industrial clusters. Then it summarizes two upgrading mode on the basis of review on the driving and governance of the global value chain. Lastly, the upgrading methods in accordance with the different embedding degree of enterprises are analyzed.
