双金属复合管旋压成形力学原理及有限元分析 被引量:4

SPIN FORMING MECHANICS PRINCIPLE OF BIMETAL COMPOSITE PIPE AND FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS

摘要 基于弹塑性力学理论,阐述了双金属复合管旋压成形过程的力学原理,并获得旋压过程中内外管之间残余接触压力最大时的最优径向应力P i*、压头直径D以及进给率f。根据内管外壁和外管内壁周向应变的变形协调关系,确定径向应力P i*和残余接触压力P rc之间的关系。在计算出的理论参数条件下,采用非线性有限元分析软件Abaqus对复合管旋压成形过程进行模拟,模拟结果表明理论分析的准确性,从而为实际生产提供理论参数依据。 Based on elastic-plastic mechanics theory,the mechanics principle of bimetal composite pipe formed by spinning was expounded, and the optimal radial stress Pi *, die diameter D and feed rater were acquired when residual contact pressure P-rc of inner-outer pipe was the largest. According to the deformation compatibility relation of circumferential strain between the outer wall of inner pipe and the inner wall of outer pipe, the relationship between optimal radial stress Pi * anti residual contact pressure Prc was obtained. With the calculated theoretical parameters, the nonlinear finite element analysis software Abaqns was used to simulate the spinning process of composite pipe. The simulation result shows the accuracy of the theoretical analysis, which could provide the theoretical parameters for actual production and has important engineering practical significance.
