摘要
油气井完整性评价是完整性管理的重要内容。开展油气井完整性评价的目的在于通过对油气井建设和生产过程中风险因素的识别、评价和控制,防止地层流体发生无控制流动,确保油气井安全生产。文章从分析地层压力特征入手,分别针对磨溪高石梯区块震旦系探井钻井和完井过程的完整性进行了初步评价,重点分析了井身结构、钻井液密度、井控和套管装置等井屏障组件的完整性,钻井期间各开次和完井期间各阶段的完整性。整体评价结果表明,该区块震旦系探井钻完井工程具有完善的井屏障系统,各个作业阶段配置的井屏障组件总体上是有效的,井屏障系统能有效隔挡地层流体,从而保证井筒的完整性和钻完井工程作业的安全运行。
Integrity management is a new concept of technology and management,and the well integrity assessment is an important content of integrity management. The well integrity assessment aims to identify,evaluate and control the risk factors of well construction and production,to prevent formation fluid flow without control and ensure safety production. Based on the analysis of the formation pressure characteristics,the integrity evaluation of drilling and completion of exploration well in Sinian formation of Moxi Gaoshiti block was done,the well structure,drilling fluid density,and the integrity of well control and casing device as barrier components,along with the integrity in each stage of drilling and completion were analyzed. Integrity assessment results showed that the drilling and completion engineering of exploratory wells in Sinian formation had complete well barrier system,the well barrier components in each stage of production were effective,and the well barrier system could effectively block the formation fluid under normal circumstances,so as to ensure the integrity of the wellbore and the safety of the drilling and completion operation.
