摘要
随着风力发电技术的不断进步,风电装机容量逐步增加,在电力系统中的渗透率随之提高,其对电力系统稳定性的影响越来越显著。在此背景下,系统地综述了风力发电对电力系统小干扰稳定性的影响。概述了目前常用风力发电机组类型、结构原理及特点,总结了国内外就风电并网后对小干扰稳定性影响方面的研究热点,阐述了风电对系统振荡特性和阻尼特性的影响,指出了有待进一步研究的问题。最后,简述了改善风电并网后的系统阻尼特性的基本思路和控制策略。
With the advancement of wind generation technology,the installed capacity of wind generation and its penetration level in a power system have been increasing in the past decade.As a result,the impacts of wind generation on stability of power system are becoming more and more significant.Under this background,the impacts of wind generation on small-signal stability in power system are systematically surveyed in this work.First,the principles and characteristics of the widely-used types of wind power generators are described,and the researches associated with the impacts of wind generation on small-signal stability in power system are clarified.Then,the impacts of wind power on oscillation and damping characteristics of power system are systematically addressed,and the problems to be studied are pointed out.Finally,some basic ideas and control strategies for improving the damping characteristics of power system with wind power integration are presented.
