摘要
根据教育内外部关系理论,对云南省全面推行免费中职教育的内外部因素进行分析,认为推行免费中职教育的契机已显现,但并不完善;提出:中职教育应细化培养目标,严保教师理论和技能素质,探索教师、学生和课程组成的三维质量标准体系以及制定、实施合理有效的教育评价指标体系。
Based on the theory of internal and external relations in education , with the analysis to inter nal and external factors of providing free vocational education in Yunnan Province, which show the possi bilities of full implementation. The paper presents the fhllowing views. Firstly, the training objectives should be refined and the theory and skills quality of teachers, also should be assured. Secondly, To ex plore three dimensional quality standards system which includes teachers, students and courses. Lastly, reasonable and effective educational evaluation index system, should be implemented.
