阿卡波糖对糖耐量减低患者血清C-反应蛋白和血脂水平的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Acarbose on Serum C-reactive Protein and Blood Fat Levels in Patients with Impaired Glucose Tolerance

摘要 目的观察阿卡波糖对糖耐量减低(impaired glucose tolerance,IGT)患者血清C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)和血脂水平的影响。方法选取2009年4月—2012年5月就诊的符合标准的IGT患者64例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。两组均制定个性化的饮食及运动计划,治疗组在此基础上口服阿卡波糖。观察两组治疗前及治疗24、48周后血清CRP、血脂和空腹血糖变化情况。结果治疗24、48周后治疗组血清CRP、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和空腹血糖较治疗前和对照组降低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)较治疗前和对照组升高,且治疗48周后治疗组CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C和空腹血糖较治疗24周降低,HDL-C较治疗24周升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后血清CRP、血脂水平和空腹血糖无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论阿卡波糖可缓解IGT患者血管炎性反应并降低血脂浓度。 Objective To observe the effect of Acarbose on serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and blood fat levels in patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods A total of 64 patients with IGT during April 2009 and February 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32). All the patients in the two groups undertook individual plans of diet and exercise, and then the treatment group was given extra oral Acarbose. Level changes of serum CRP, blood fat and blood-fasting sugar before and after treatment for 24 and 48 weeks in the two groups were observed. Results After treatment for 24 and 48 weeks, levels of serum CRP, total cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride (TG) , low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and blood-fasting sugar in treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment and of control group, while high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly higher than those before treatment and of control group. After treatment for 48 weeks, levels of serum CRP, TC, TG, LDL-C and blood-fasting sugar were significantly lower than those after treatment for 24 weeks in treatment group, while the HDL-C level was significantly higher than that after treatment for 24 weeks (P 〈 0.05) ; There were no significant differences in levels of serum CRP, blood fat and blood-fasting sugar before and after treatment in control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Acarbose may relieve patients with IGT of vascular inflammatory reaction, and reduce the concentration of blood fat.
