摘要
目的探讨一体化创伤急救模式应用于外科严重创伤患者中的应用价值。方法选择114例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规的急救流程进行抢救治疗,观察组采用一体化创伤急救模式进行救治,观察两组患者抢救情况。结果观察组患者抢救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一体化创伤急救模式应用于外科严重创伤患者中能促进抢救工作顺利进行,提高抢救成功率,值得在临床上大力推广使用。
【Objective】To investigate the mode of integration of trauma care for surgical patients with severe trauma application value. 【Methods】114 patients were randomLy divided into observation group and control group, the control group using conventional procedures for emergency first aid treatment, the observation group using an integrated trauma care model for treatment, emergency treatment were observed.【Resluts】The patient survival rate was higher, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. 【Conclusion】The integrated model for surgical trauma in patients with severe trauma can promote the smooth progress of rescue work, improve the success rate, it is worth vigorously promote the use in clinical practice.
