摘要
搜集了20家液压破碎锤制造商公布的289种型号破碎锤的性能参数,运用数理统计方法,分析了破碎锤的能量效率,研究了破碎锤的单次冲击功与工作质量及凿杆直径的关系。结果表明,液压破碎锤实际能量效率的平均值为58.1%;破碎锤的单次冲击功与工作质量及凿杆直径平方存在明显的线性关系。破碎锤的单位工作质量冲击功约为2.893 J/kg;破碎锤的单次冲击功与凿杆直径平方的比值约为0.405 J/mm2。
After collecting the performance parameters of 289 models of hydraulic breaking hammers released by 20 manufacturers, the paper applied mathematical statistics method to analyze the energy efficiency of the hydraulic breaking hammers, and studied the relationship between single impact energy with working mass and drill rod diameter. It showed that the average actual energy efficiency of the hammer was 58.1%, and the linear relationship between single impact energy with working mass and drill rod diameter was identified. The impact energy of the hammer per working mass was about 2.893 J/kg, and the ratio of single impact energy to the square of drill rod diameter was about 0.405 J/mm2.
