摘要 文章对粒状硝酸铵的感度和吸湿性进行改性,用扫描电镜(SEM)、比表面积测试对改性粒状硝酸铵进行表征并测试其雷管感度和抗吸湿性能。结果表明:同粒状硝酸铵和普通多孔粒状硝酸铵相比,改性粒状硝酸铵比表面积明显提高,可达3183.26 cm2/g,从而具有更高的吸油率,高达13.9%,并且具有良好的抗吸湿性。由改性粒状硝酸铵制成的铵油炸药感度明显提高,在装药直径为40 mm的条件下仍具有雷管感度且爆轰完全。 The detonator sensitivity and hygroscopicity of granular ammonium nitrate were modified .The modified granular ammonium nitrate was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM ) ,specific surface ar-ea and oil absorption test ,respectively .Moreover ,its anti-hygroscopy performance and detonators sensitivity were also tested .Results show that ,compared with the counterparts ,such as granular or ordinary porous granular ones , modified granular ammonium nitrate presents advantageous properties ,in that bigger specific surface area of 3183 . 26 cm2/g ,higher oil absorption rate up to 13 9.% and better performance of anti-hygroscopy are obtained .The deto-nator sensitivity of ANFO containing the modified ammonium nitrate is improved significantly .Even when the charge diameter reaches 40mm ,the ANFO still maintains modest detonator sensitivity and enables to detonate com-pletely .
